We are one of the most sustainable banks in the world
We were invited once again to participate in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index evaluation, which has been on the market for more than 20 years and which we joined in 2012. In 2020, we obtained a score of 89 points out of 100, occupying for the second time first place globally, in emerging markets, and in the Latin American Integrated Market (MILA), which validates us as the most sustainable bank in the world and reaffirms our commitment to work for sustainability.
While leading the Banks category, we obtained the gold medal in the Sustainability Yearbook organized by S&P Global. For this edition, 7000 organizations from different sectors of the economy were evaluated, of which 630 received distinctions.
In this way, we demonstrated our commitment to fostering a prosperous economy, a healthy environment, and a more inclusive society in the places where we operate.
