Thus, GRUPO BANCOLOMBIA processes personal data per Colombian regulations and international standards established in its Data Protection Policy (the "Policy").
We are committed to the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of our information, including personal data. The measures we adopt are based on respecting the rights of the personal data holders. Accordingly, we promote the highest information security standards in all our processes and among our employees in their daily work.
The information holders have the following rights concerning their personal information, the right to access, rectify, limit, process, or delete it, and the possibility of filing a complaint before the supervising authorities. For this reason, GRUPO BANCOLOMBIA has adopted clear guidelines upon the requests from the interested parties. We train our collaborators, and we remain attentive to receive and manage these types of requests.
Bancolombia S.A. received 7,017 customer complaints and seven requests from regulatory bodies regarding data protection in 2020.
