Buscamos promover la compra o construcción de proyectos de vivienda que se construyan bajo los criterios de sostenibilidad, otorgando tasas preferenciales para los compradores o constructores de vivienda en proyectos certificados y financiados como construcción sostenible por Bancolombia.
Beneficio de tasa: hasta 65 puntos básicos menos en la financiación, durante los primeros 7 años del pago del crédito.
Tipos de Crédito
El beneficio para la línea de vivienda sostenible se puede obtener en los siguientes productos:
