José Humberto Acosta's mission within the organization is to generate value by guaranteeing the quality of the financial statements through treasury operations, financial control, accounting management, among others, controlling the risk assumed in Colombia and abroad.

José Acosta is a Business Administrator from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with an MBA from Universidad de La Sabana.

He served as manager of International Division, manager of Organization and Methods Division, general coordinator of Merger, among other positions in Corfinsura S.A.

He held the position of Director of International Banking from 2005 to 2011 in Bancolombia. Since 2012, he has served as Vice President Financial Officer. As of January 2020, he is the CFO of Bancolombia.
