Cipriano López's mission within the organization is to address, integrate, and enable the implementation of innovation strategies, digital transformation, analytical capabilities, and alliances in all regions where Grupo Bancolombia is present, to achieve new ways for the generation of value for the organization's stakeholders.

Cipriano was born in 1974.

A mechanical engineer from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He holds an MBA from Bordeaux Business School in France and has participated in complementary executive programs at Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton Universities. During his career, he has worked for the SAB - Miller Group as Director of Negotiation, with the DANONE Group in France as head of the cereals category for Europe, and with L'Oréal S.A. in France and Spain.

In 2010 he assumed as General Manager of Haceb Industries, where he led the process of innovation and digital transformation, developing new businesses, alliances, and a culture focused on the consumer.

He has been the Vice President of Innovation at Bancolombia since 2019.
