Carlos holds a BBA from Universidad EAFIT and a master's degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He took part in the Inalde Business School Universidad de la Sabana Senior Management program.

He has been in Renting Colombia since 1998, in different roles. Currently, he works as the General Manager of Renting Colombia and leads the Localiza Rent A Car franchise in Colombia.
