EXTERNAL AUDIT
In the latest General Shareholders Meetings, the different entities of Grupo Bancolombia reelected the firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd. as External Auditor for the period between April 2010 and March 2012. The firm meets the independence criteria established by the Regulatory Letters 056 of 2007 and 054 of 2008 of the Colombian Superintendency of Finance, according to the attached certificate. Other policies related to Good Governance as regards to the External Audit appear in the Good Corporate Governance Code.
