Code of Good Corporate Governance
The purpose of the Corporate Governance Code is to reflect the philosophy of the Bank and to establish the Good Corporate Governance practices and policies that should govern all the activities of the Bank, especially as it relates to the relations between management, the Board of Directors, the shareholders and other groups of individuals interested in the good performance of the entity.
